In your email you will need to include the following:
(10 simple and brief requirements)
A) A request to be a member of the fellowship
B) Make the statement that you agree with the Visitation Day International statement of faith
C) Declare that you agree to make the Ministers declaration of commitment.
(Statements 1 – 4)
D) Submit the details of your ordination, ministerial qualification, or organisational belonging if applicable and describe your current relationship to the ‘Body of Christ’
E) List your current affilliations, coverings, patoral relationships and partnerships or memberships
F) BRIEFLY DESCRIBE YOUR MINISTRY
G) Submit all your contact and operational details
(Organisations – please submit the details of accountable individuals)
H) Give us a very short personal history of your calling from the time of your ‘new-birth’
(Organisations briefly describe the history of the ministry from conception to current.)
I) Provide us with at least 2 ministry and/ or character references
J) Make the statement that you do not have a criminal record and declare all the information provided in the email to be true.
